Participants must not attend if in the last 14 days before the event they have been unwell or had close contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 (cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath), even if mild.

Please apply sunscreen before riding.

Be Hydrated

Please start your ride with 2 x PRE-FILLED water bottles as there will be no water available at the start. At Rest Stops you will have a chance to re-fill and grab some more H2O

Carry Spares

While we have a fleet of SIX support vehicles on course to lend a hand, like any ride you take make sure you carry spare tubes and C02 or a pump just in case.

Be LIT!

With an EARLY Start on the road, it makes sense to have your LIGHTS ON front and rear!

Obey the ROAD RULES

While we will have a police escort down the range, you are riding on OPEN ROADS and so the Queensland Roads Rules and Laws apply to you like any other vehicle you share the road with.

What type of bike can I Ride?

A road bike is best but if if has two wheels, great brakes and good comfy seat you are looking good. A MTB is great option as well. If you have an E-Bike, not a problem. This is a charity ride with some sweet views. TT Bikes are fine. Go for it!
