The FREE 12 week Ride The Range SyclePro Training Programs offered are designed to maximise your performance.
- SyclePro Level One Training Plan – for riders whose longest weekly ride may be 60 km, at average speed less than 25 km/h and their aim for RTR is to complete the ride they undertake.
- SyclePro Level Two Training Plan – for riders who undertake weekly rides in the range of 60 to 100 km per ride, at average speed 25-28 km/h and want to finish #RTR2019 strongly
- SyclePro Level Three Training Plan – for riders who often undertake rides over 100 km, at average speed over 30 km/h and are looking to achieve a competitive position.
